formated sd card and cant install

I have registred my 802 on autelswebside then i updated the device. after that i was told to format the sd card becaurse they would put in my languge. when i konnect the sd card now it says "no device has regisred under this id" i can log in to my account on the website but not in pc suit. please helpfile: Namnlös.png
